Preparing for Your Visit
To save time during the intake and provide you with the best possible treatment, we can load your personal details (name, address, and city) directly using your Citizen Service Number (BSN). Make sure to have your 9-digit BSN ready in advance.
Insurance Check
Check with your health insurance provider if physiotherapy is covered in your supplementary insurance. If so, FysioCity can directly bill the treatments to your health insurance provider. If you cannot find this information, the therapist can also check your policy during the intake for details on the number of treatments covered by your supplementary insurance. Please note that visits to other practices than FysioCity cannot be accessed.
Missed Appointment
You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before each appointment. From that moment, you have 4 hours to reschedule or cancel the treatment free of charge. You can easily do this from the confirmation email. FysioCity has a cancellation period of 20 hours. In the event of a missed scheduled appointment, a fee of €40 will be charged.
Make an Appointment Online
With our online booking system, you can easily schedule, modify, or cancel your appointment at FysioCity. Immediately after booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. FysioCity is open 7 days a week, allowing you to visit even on weekends. Choose a physiotherapist or a time slot that suits you best in our schedule and make an appointment online effortlessly. Thanks to our extended opening hours, an appointment is often possible on the same day. Get quick assistance, a prompt diagnosis, and fast recovery.
