More about Robert Arkesteijn?<\/h3>\n

Robert\u2019s passion for sports, exercise and health was born during his successful completion of the CIOS course Fitness and Health Co-ordinator in 2007. He went on to complete a Personal Trainer course at Amsterdam University in 2011, enabling him to start one-to-one fitness coaching to help clients keen on setting and reaching their physical goals. In 2013 he completed his physiotherapy degree at Amsterdam University. In 2014, he set up Physical Manager, a company that specialises in providing clients with fitness software. In 2015, he created the 30-Day Health Challenge under the guise of SmartMethod\u2013 which is now widely available for use by companies, sport clubs and other organisations. In 2017 he founded FysioCity<\/a> Amsterdam.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n
